Wicomico County Recreation, Parks and Tourism seeks to create an off-leash dog park at the Wicomico County Welcome Center and Leonard’s Mill Pond Park in Delmar, MD.

The goal of this project is to create an inviting and safe environment where pet owners, both transient and local, can gather to socialize and exercise their dogs.
